About Route 66 Gold Miners Inc
A non-profit Orange County chapter of the GPAA founded in 2003, dedicated to recreational gold prospecting, with members ranging from beginners to experienced prospectors. The club describes itself as maintaining a "family friendly environment," educates the community about prospecting at local rock/gem shows (teaching children and adults to pan for gold), and has a Claims Director/Claims Team managing member access to gold claims.
