About Antioch Lapidary Club
A club dedicated to the art of cutting and shaping rocks, minerals, fossils and gems into art forms. The club focuses on education, conservation, field collecting, and outreach, including reaching out to schools and youth groups to educate children. It operates a fully-equipped lapidary shop offering training in rock cutting, plus a silver shop and a multi-faceted workshop. Organized field trips and information exchanges take place on a monthly basis. All new members, as well as curious guests, are welcome at meetings.
