About Arlington Gem & Mineral Club

Arlington Gem and Mineral Club (AGMC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1957 serving rock, gem, and mineral enthusiasts in the Arlington, Texas area. The club functions as an educational hub for earth sciences and lapidary arts, running Junior Member Classes for members 18 and under, lapidary classes, and lab facilities. Meetings include socializing followed by a formal program, and the club references field trips in its Code of Conduct. AGMC welcomes beginners and longtime collectors alike and maintains an active Facebook and Instagram presence for member communication and event updates.
