About Akron Gem and Mineral Club
Also known as the Akron Mineral Society, this club serves rock, mineral, and fossil enthusiasts in the Akron/Cuyahoga Falls area. It shares a clubhouse with the Summit Lapidary Club and co-hosts the biannual Gemboree gem and mineral show with that club each spring and fall. The club is kid-friendly, runs field trips for members, and welcomes new members at meetings.
