About Pony Express Prospectors
Pony Express Prospectors is the St. Joseph, Missouri chapter of the Gold Prospectors Association of America (GPAA), organized for gold prospecting and treasure-hunting enthusiasts. Members take group prospecting trips to other states, demonstrate new equipment, and hold monthly raffles. The chapter puts on an annual gold and mining show open to all ages, with gold panning and geode cracking for kids.
