About Elgin Rock Club
Elgin Rock Club (ERC) furthers the education and skill development of its members in earth science, mineralogy, paleontology, and lapidary arts. Membership includes beginners, hobbyists, and professionals interested in collecting and understanding minerals, fossils, gems, rocks, and jewelry making. The club meets the 3rd Friday of the month, September through May. Note: the club's own domains (elginrockclub.org, elginrockandmineral.org) no longer resolve.
