About Four Corners Gem & Mineral Club

Established in 1947, a non-profit organization dedicated to the earth sciences, local geology and mining history, rockhounding, lapidary and metalsmith arts, based in Durango, Colorado. The club has one of the finest fully-equipped lapidary and metal-arts studios in the Four Corners region, serving lapidary, casting, soldering, enameling, and kiln firing. It leads field trips and offers presentations and classes, and hosts a large annual Gem and Mineral Show each July featuring around 60 dealers, classes, and a silent auction.
