About Enid Gem & Mineral Society, Inc.
The Enid Gem and Mineral Society was organized in 1958 to promote interest in the earth sciences, especially rocks, minerals, fossils, gemstones, jewelry arts and lapidary arts. The society is best known locally for its Annual Rock Swap, a free buy/sell/trade event held at the Breezeway in downtown Enid featuring gemstones, minerals, fossils, rough, slabs and jewelry, plus children's activities such as a Spin & Win game and a tactile display table.
