About Heart of Wisconsin Gem & Mineral Society
Organized in 1967, the Heart of Wisconsin Gem and Mineral Society is a non-profit, educational club dedicated to promoting interest and education in the earth sciences and lapidary arts, based in the Marshfield/Junction City area. Affiliated with the Midwest Federation (MWF) and American Federation of Mineralogical Societies (AFMS). Runs a "Rocks for Kids" youth section and holds an annual show at the Central Wisconsin Expo Center in Rothschild.
