About Mineralogical Society of Brattleboro
Mineralogical Society of Brattleboro is an EFMLS-affiliated rock and mineral club based in Brattleboro, Vermont, founded in 1981 and an EFMLS member since 1982. The club meets the first Tuesday of the month (September through June) at Brooks Memorial Library. Current officers listed on the club's EFMLS page include President David Melendy, Vice President Barbara Rowe, Secretary Susan Nepvue, and Treasurer/EFMLS Liaison Douglas Robinson. The club publishes a newsletter called 'Mineralogical Message.' The club is part of EFMLS Region 1. As of the EFMLS page's February 2026 update, the club has no dedicated website and its webmaster position is unfilled; scheduled shows are listed as TBD.
