About Black Canyon City Rock Club
Informal rock club with no dues and no formal membership process; all time at meetings is devoted to rock-related subjects, including a 'show and tell' identification segment. Once a year the club offers a wire wrap jewelry class and a kids field trip covering rocks, critters and desert vegetation, plus a winter half-mile geology/nature hike open to all ages. Occasional field trips to sites in the Black Canyon City and New River areas.
